Because personalized astrology reports and consultations involve time reserved or work prepared for an individual customer, refund eligibility depends on the service stage. If a cancellation request is received before personal preparation or consultation scheduling begins, the team may review it for refund eligibility. Once substantial personalized work has started or a consultation slot has been used, a refund may not be available.

Any payment-provider charges or exceptional cases are handled according to the confirmed order terms and applicable law.
